DMCA NOTICE AND COPYRIGHT POLICY

Christian Voice Radio (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website, mobile applications, and streaming services (“Services”) to do the same. This policy outlines how copyright concerns are handled in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

 

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.

 

2. Copyright Ownership
All content provided through our Services—including audio streams, music, programming, articles, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not:
•     Copy, record, or rebroadcast our audio streams
•     Reproduce or distribute our content
•     Create derivative works from our programming or materials
•     Use our trademarks, branding, or logos without written permission

 

Unauthorized use may violate federal law.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that material available through our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent.

 

A valid DMCA Notice must include the following:
1.     A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2.     Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3.     Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including its location on our Services
4.     Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
5.     A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6.     A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

 

4. DMCA Counter‑Notification Procedure
If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Notice was taken down in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter‑Notification to our designated agent.

 

A valid Counter‑Notification must include:
1.     Your physical or electronic signature
2.     Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location
3.     A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
4.     Your name, address, phone number, and email
5.     A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant

 

Upon receiving a valid Counter‑Notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

 

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Christian Voice Radio will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

 

We reserve the right to remove content or disable access at our discretion.

 

6. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false claim of infringement or false counter‑notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.

 

Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith.
